Why You Should Be Positive in ANY Situation (Day 13)

July 24th, 2009 by DrJon

[tweetmeme] This Blog post is a discussion about positivity. Why it is so important to always look for the positive in any situation. No matter what is going on in your life, You can choose if you want to interpret a situation in a positive or negative way.

Is a glass “half empty” or “half full”? It is just a matter of how you frame the situation and if you always look for the most positive side in anything that is happening, you will find that life will be much better for you than if you don’t look upon it that way.

You see, it’s completely up to you and your mind to decide if a specific situation or experience is positive or negative and if you are the onw that choose the negative way it won’t serve you any good. The situation is still the same and there is nothing you can do to change what has already happened.
The past is history and the only thing you really have is The NOW, The Presence of this exact moment you are living in right now.

Nothing else really exist. Really.

So if you choose to look upon every situation from a positive perspective you will find that the presence you are living in will feel much better and life will run through much smoother when times are tough.

This is today’s lesson in my 30-day video challenge. (Day 13)

I hope you enjoyed this post and if you did, please leave a comment and rate this post. I appreciate all feedback I can get :)

Have a Wounderful Day my Friend! Happiness is before you!

How To Always Start Your Day in a Good Mood? (Day 12)

July 23rd, 2009 by DrJon

[tweetmeme]This video discuss the topic of how important it is to always start your day in a good mood in order to be as effective and productive as you can be.

To ensure that you start your day in a good mood you can implement certain rituals and habits in your life that will give You the best start you can have.

Having a good ritual in place that will serve you in getting a good start of your day is absolutely one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself when it comes to increase your productivity and effectivity.
You will not be able to reach your peak potential as long as you don’t start your day off in the best possible way.

Also, when you have a morning ritual in place that will help you start your day, you will notice that any day where you occasionally miss to do the ritual for some reason, you will be much more in a reactive mood and respond thereafter. You will loose some of your control and power in that sense that you’ll feel like you are bouncing around and responding to outer impressions much more during those days than in a day that started with the ritual. This loss of control is also very likely to show up in your life as less productivity, effectivenesss and you will be more tired.

Take this lesson to your heart and implement rituals and habits that will empower your life in the long run. If you dont have the habits in place, chances are that some day soon in the future you will feel lots of resistance to do this ritual and eventually you will loose track of what you are doing and has to start all over again.

Do You Surround Yourself With Masters? (Day 11)

July 23rd, 2009 by DrJon

[tweetmeme]One very important step towards success is to surround yourself with the right people. The people that is right for You.

So, how do I know which are the right people you may ask?
Well, find the people that are the masters and have mastered the area in which you want to become successful and you then surround yourself with those people as much as you can. Let them be a part of your mastermind team. Be around them with your presence and you’ll find that you will adapt parts of their mindset and parts of their knowledge. You will soon be doing the same things as the masters do since their successful habits tend to rub off. This also implies that the success will start coming to you.

You will soon master the skills that your mastermind group has knowledge about and when you have come THAT far, it’s time to start put together a group of new masters. In other areas of which you have not yet been as successful as you would like to be.

So, do you have your own mastermind group?
If not, start by putting together your own mastermind team!

Find the right people for you and get to know them! Work with them, learn their skills and mindset and then move on from there!

To Your Success,
Dr Jon
