Hi Dr Jon: Mentors are needed for our mindset, our skill building and knowledge and most important in our networking. I can give you a band new car but unless you have the key, the car doesn’t work for you. You’re an inspiration that is a reflection of the great mentors you have. And you are one too.

Jon,
Couldn’t be where I am today without some incredible mentors: Jim Rohn, Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, and many leaders in our industry.
On a personal level, my mom and dad were my best friends and left amazing examples for how to live a healthy life.

I was a great fan of Jim Rohn
and Steve Scott is also a mentor of mine.
I believe everyone needs to have at least one.

It’s true about the need for a mentor is critical for success and to help you with the learning curve that we all face when starting out.

First and foremost my Father Christopher Mergupis was and very important mentor in my life.

Then I owe not only is she my mentor, but also business partner and life long friend Debbie Turner, along with Mark Hoverson, Jonathan Budd, Ann Sieg, Mike Klingler, Jeff Mills.

And I save the best for last my personal saver Jesus Christ.

Great Post Jon…. My mentors early on were Jeff Mills, Mark Hoverson, Ann Sieg, Mike Klingler and Jonathan Budd. I have appreciated the writings of John C. Maxwell and have devoured his stuff (and implemented… that’s the key, huh? )

In terms of my personal life, without a doubt, my Mom and Dad. They have role modeled so many wonderful things in my life and have always supported me in any of my endeavors.

It’s so important to have mentors to keep you on track and help you stay accountable. You did a great job expounding on this! Everyone needs a mentor! Even Jonathan Budd, Mike Dillard, Katie Freiling, and other industry leaders! If you don’t have one….get one!!
