Why Your Excuses Are Limiting Your Life? (Day 18)

August 7th, 2009 by DrJon

-Excuses Begone!

This is a phrase that Dr. Wayne W. Dyer is using as a title for his latest book and I can only agree with him.

We should always try to remove excuses from our lifes because what most of them do is that they only serve to justify some limiting belifes we have in our mind.

Almost any excuse we make up is actually a based upon a limiting belief and in order to justify that this limiting belief is true you need to come up with a rationalization for your unconcious mind so that you don’t have to feel bad.

In my opinion it will speed up your way to success or reach your goals if you just remove as many of these excuses that you can. We all sometimes have excuses that come from a limiting belief, no exception. Everyone has them, no matter which level you are currently at, limiting beliefs is just a set of rules that determine our reality.

Every time you use words like “but”, “because” and “cant’” in an excuse, there is probably a limiting belief behind and there is also a possibility for you to change that and expand your reality. :)

What you need to do in order to accomplish this, is to cloesly pay attention to when you are using these excuses, and instead of just making the excuse you Just Do It!

Go for it and go against your own excuse!

You will be amazed how much progress you can have when you do it in this way.

The best way to find out when you are excusing yourself is probably to watch how you use your language and every time you use one of those words, “but” “because” and “can’t” (you can probably come up with more words as well).

Apply This as a Habit in your life, to pay attention to your excuses and you will see that your way to your goals will be SOO much faster! :)

To the Top (without excuses),
Dr Jon

How ‘The Secret’ Changed My Life (Day 17)

How ‘The Secret’ changed my life!

When I Saw the video and book phenonomenon “The Secret” for the first time my life changed direction.
This movie set me off on a complete new journey in a different direction than where I was heading before.

You see, before I came across the Secret, I had other beliefs about life and how certain things occur, like success.

At that time, I was more into the belif that much of success is based on LUCK, that some things that happens in our lifes happens by chance or coincidence. It was not like I thought everyone has their destiny pre determined, but still I didn’t realize that we actually create our own reality. That our thoughts forms our lifes.

However now I know different, Success is a Choice and whatever you set your mind upon you can achieve. No matter how big a goal seems. If you believe in it and have enough Persistence and Patience You will Succeed. It is then just a matter of how long it is gonna take and how willing you are to let success come into your life.

´The Secret´introduced me to the concept of the Law of Attraction, that we attract whatever we focus on, no matter if it is good or bad. We Are The Creators of Our Own Realities and if we don´t like what is showing up in our lifes we better need to change our thoughts.

After I was Introduced to the Secret, my life took off into a path of personal growth and development, a journey that I am very grateful that I got into. It gave me a whole new perspective on life. More fulfillment, joy and pleasure. It is a journey I will continue for as long as I live. :)

Other books about the Law of Attraction that I’ve came across after I found ´The Secret´have actually taught me more deep knowledge about how to use the Law to my favour, and use it in the best possile way.

Some books and resources I can recommend for you if you are intersted in more knowledge about the Law of Attraction:

The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne The one that started my journey!

Ask and It Is Given, by Esther & Jerry Hicks One of the Best Books I’ve Ever Read!

The Law of Attraction, by Michael Losier This is probably the most practical guide to learn How to Apply the Law of Attraction in Your Life!

Why You Need to Take Action on Your Ideas Immediately? (Day 09)

July 16th, 2009 by DrJon

It is very important to take action immediately when you get a new good idea. No matter if the idea comes to you when you are in the shower or when you are out for a walk you are in an inspirational mode when you get the idea and if you take action on the idea as soon as you can, you will see faster results and that everything is flowing and falling into place more quickly than if you wait until a later time befor you start implementing it.

I believe this is the Law of Attraction at it’s best and that you are truly connected and alignment with who you are when you have that moment of inspiration and getting the ideas. This means that you will have almost no resistance to attract the required pieces into your life in order to accomplish the idea.

But the longer you wait, the higher is the probability that you are not aligned with those thoughts and ideas that you previously created and the higher is the probability that the manifestation of this desire will take longer time or not be completed at all.

That is why it is so crucial to take action when you are “in the flow”.

So, the next time you get an idea, be aware that you want to take action as soon as possible in order to accomplish it in the best possible way!
