There are not many things that can increase producitivity and motivate you in such a drastic way than having an accountability partner. It is probably one of the single most effective ways to become more productive. No matter what you do, get one!

It is almost as though it just flows from the beginning to the follow through of the person reading it. You’re so right Jon. Having someone to work with that can help you keep your promises is HUGE! We can easily make excuses when just answering to ourselves. You know, I never thought of trying to develop a working relationship with an accountability partner. Funny how something so simple and obvious goes unnoticed when we are so busy trying to get our daily tasks done.
But this is a truly great idea, and I’m sure Ii would benefit from this accountability. I’m definitely going to check this out with some associates I’ve met out here. In fact, this is another reason that this Tribe is so significant. Where else would I turn to find a good accountability partner?

This very true. This is also why I tend groups or clubs whenever I want to accomplish a new goal. Having other people hold you accountable is so much more reliable than just depending on your willpower to motivate yourself.

Most people definitely need an accountability coach, myself included! There are some who can do it alone but I still recommend having one or a few to keep in constant contact with.

Hello Dr. Jon!
It’s so good to see your smiling face. An accountability partner is such a help. I can’t stand letting people down, so I will push myself for others.
My friend, Lynn Rekvig and I are not official partners, but we pretty much function that way. She is in Sweden, like you, so it can be tricky finding times to talk. Also, my tribe functions like an AP because I know that they are expecting a new blog each week.
I can see that I probably need to set up a more official arrangement!
